We charge a flat fee of £49 (including VAT) per annum for each property website.
For this first year this includes:
- Checking the availability and purchasing the domain name of your choice
(usually the property name + .co.uk)
- Designing and creating a 6 page website under the headings Home,
Property Details, Local Area, Photos, Tariffs & Bookings and Contact using text and
photos supplied by you.
- Email forwarding
- Hosting and maintenance of the website
- Photo gallery - up to 12 pictures per property (not including area maps
which we supply as part of the package.)
- Submitting your website address to search engines, including Google,
Yahoo and MSN.
Thereafter, the annual £49 fee covers:
- Renewal of the domain name
- Updating the website in accordance with changes requested by you, e.g.
changes in rental fees.
- Hosting, maintenance and email
Payment can be made in sterling or Euros (currently 65 EUR) by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.
Full details are included with your invoice which will be sent to you by email
after your website has been approved by you.
