These Terms and
Conditions refer to Holiday Homes Online ("HHO") and the individual(s) who
commissions the website(s) for and behalf of themselves, their company
or their client, to be referred to hereinafter as the “Customer”.

HHO
shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to produce and deliver
the website, within the terms of the services offered, as specified
by the Customer on submission of content. |
| 2 |
The Customer
shall provide all content and reference materials and shall be legally responsible for all permissions and rights
required for their use. |
| 3 |
Work to construct a
website will commence on receipt of e-mail from the Customer
containing all the relevant content material. |
| 4 |
If requested, the Customer must provide
evidence that they have authority to promote the property. |
| 5 |
The Customers must
apply for links to third parties themselves e.g. letting agencies, airlines,
ferry
operators. |
| 6 |
The Customer will be provided with a link
to view and approve the website before it goes live. |
| 7 |
When the Customer signals approval of the
website design by email an invoice will be sent to the Customer. |
| 8 |
The website will not be
uploaded to the Internet until full payment has been received and
cleared. |
| 9 |
On renewal, HHO will
invoice the Customer for the charges due in advance for the
following year. If payment is not received and cleared within 21
days of the date of the invoice, HHO reserves the right to suspend
the service. |
| 10 |
The selected domain
name of the website will be purchased on behalf of the Customer,
provided it is available. |
| 11 |
No reduction or refund
will be made should control of the website be transferred. |
| 12 |
Holiday Homes Online
will no longer be responsible for management of the hosting if control of the website
is transferred elsewhere. |
| 13 |
The Customer indemnifies Holiday Homes
Online against legal action
through any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets,
proprietary rights or laws, in the commission of the website and the
materials supplied |
| 14 |
HHO
shall include its branding in the production, together with
hyperlinks to the HHO website. |
| 15 |
HHO shall not be
responsible for any temporary breakdown in hosting services, caused
by power failure or any other unforeseen situation resulting in
suspension of access to the website. |
| 16 |
HHO shall not be
responsible for any loss of bookings claimed to have occurred as a
result of loss of access to the website or for any other reason
connected with the website provided by HHO. |
| 17 |
HHO is not responsible for the content of
external websites which may be reached via hyperlink from the HHO
website, its sample website or any HHO customer property website. |
